The castle is situated on the bank of the Vistula River in the Polish city of Krakow. For about a millennium Wawel castle rises above the Vistula River. To get to the Wawel Castle is the tram number 1, 3, 6, 8, 18, ​​to go to the stop «Wawel», or by tram number 10, 19, 22, 40 - to the stop «Stradom».
