Museum of Independence, Warsaw

Independence Hall opened in Warsaw in 1990 in a former palace of Radziwill. Within its walls are assembled exhibits on the national struggle for Polish independence. Museum collections are divided on the following topics: Museum of Pavilion X Warsaw Citadel, Pawiak Prison Museum and Mausoleum of Struggle and Martyrdom. The collections of the museum are works of art, medals, national flags, war relics, photographs, postcards, national symbols, as well as archival documents related to the anniversaries of major historical events in Poland. To get to the Museum of Independence can be on any public transport that passes through the Valley of the Solidarity movement.
